What is the best time to start preparation for GATE exam?

GATE exam is one of the most difficult exam in India. GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. Every year Lakhs of students appear in the GATE exam. The reason is the better futureby qualifying the exam.

Opportunities after GATE

The GATE exam has lots of opportunities indulged in it. The foremost is the chance of getting placed in the reputed PSUs. PSU giants like ONGC, BHEL, IOCL, etc recruit engineers on the basis of GATE exam.
The other chance is of doing M.Tech from topmost IITs and NITs. Doing the Masters from IITs is not an ordinary thing.
Apart from these you can go foreign for higher studies as most of the foreign universities take GATE score as an admission option.

How difficult is it to crack GATE?

 Many students who start late struck in Depression and don't get enough time to prepare well. and as a result fail to score well. So, start your preparation with a decent time table. I would suggest you to take notes from the coaching centres as they are to the point and reduce your time too.
